AARP commends Governor Blagojevich’s efforts, vows to continue to work for Health Reforms

The Governor's Executive Order released today is an important step forward that will provide new and expanded benefits for thousands of people across the state. AARP is committed to working with state leaders to implement the important measures outlined in today's Executive Order.

AARP continues to support meaningful and comprehensive health care reform in Illinois. We are disappointed that agreement on an affordable health care policy could not be reached.
