Popular Senior Humor Book goes into Second Edition

ATLANTA, GA—The second, FULL COLOR edition of senior humorist and commentator Michael Garee’s popular book about the trials and tribulations of getting old, 200 Sure-Fire, Lead-Pipe-Cinch, No-Question-About-It Ways to Tell If . . . The first print edition was published in 2008, followed in 2009 by the release of an eBook. The first print edition was personally (and favorably!) reviewed by popular stand-up comedian Jeff Foxworthy, to whom the 68-year-old author dedicated the book because it was inspired by Foxworthy’s You Might Be a Redneck If . . . books and other publications.

Foxworthy told Garee, “Your book made me laugh out loud!”

The most recent edition of You Might Be Getting OLD! has been completely redesigned and contains a lot of new material, according to Garee. He said most of the new material resulted from contributions and suggestions made by readers of the first print edition and the eBook.

Contained in the book are 200 “one-liners” about . . . well . . . getting old! Individual chapters include the following categories: Your Sex Life; At Home; Entertainment; Out ‘n’ About; Technology; On the Job; Autos & Other Moving Things; Your Health; Style & Fashion; and a brand-new chapter entitled, “Potpourri.”
