GREEN ONION-CHEESE DIP
Ingredients:
2 cups lowfat cottage cheese
2 Tbsp mayonnaise (regular or low fat)
1/2 cup coarsely chopped green onions (crisp green tops included)
1/4 cup parsley leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce (or to taste)
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Directions:
Put all ingredients into the food processor.
Pulse on and off until onions and parsley are finely chopped and cheese
is smooth.
Cover and chill for at least one hour.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
