Los Angeles Jewish Home announces formation
of Annual Walk of Ages 'Inner Circle'
September 2010 -- In preparation for the
eleventh annual Walk of Ages, presented by
Wells Fargo, the Los Angeles Jewish Home
announces the formation of the Inner Circle
planning committee.
Open to community leaders and others who are
interested in making a positive impact on
the lives of seniors, the Inner Circle will
play an important vital role in the planning
of this year's event.
The Walk of Ages 5K mini-marathon is set for
Sunday, December 5, 2010, at the Home's
Eisenberg Village campus in Reseda.
"After a decade of incredibly enthusiastic
support, the Jewish Home is extending an
opportunity to those who support the Los
Angeles senior community to participate as
an event leader," says Walk of Ages chairman
Shelly Markman.
"We are constantly looking for fresh
perspectives and ways to reach out across
the city, and are excited to hear new ideas
from those who want to be in a central role
for a great event."
If you are interested in joining the Walk of
Ages Inner Circle, you are invited to attend
the kick-off meeting on Monday, September
20, 2010. The meeting will begin at 6:00
p.m. and will be held at Fountainview at
Eisenberg Village.
